We are so glad you are taking the next step in working with us to find your Golden Retriever puppy. We of course take this responsibility very seriously because we want to provide you with not only the best possible experience but the best puppy for your family. That’s our commitment to you.
To move forward there are few important steps to officially reserve a puppy. If you follow these steps, it will ensure I receive your information, your deposit, and all paperwork involved for your puppy reservation in a timely way. As you can understand, the sooner I receive everything, this sooner I can add your name to hold your position on our reservation list.
Here are the things we need at this point:
Go to this link and provide me your contact information along with some preferences you may have about timing, gender, or training requests. The link takes you to a webpage of our customer database. No private payment information is stored here.
Follow the below link to read over both the deposit policy and contract (contract may go through some amendments as we adjust some things if clarification is needed). You need to download the deposit policy PDF and fill it out and send it back (scan and send or use a pdf application to sign it within the application). You can also print, sign and send it by mail. You do not need to sign the puppy contract until you pick your puppy, but read it ahead of time.

Fill out the survey to help us best evaluate what puppy would make a good match with your family and life style. We evaluate each puppy’s temperament and compare it to the survey, so we can help make the best fit possible.
Below are four ways you can provide a deposit or payments. Deposits are $500 for puppies. If you want additional training or “Crown Reserve” the deposit is $1000

You can send a PayPal to us at firstname.lastname@example.org (use the “TRUSTED” options otherwise you have to add the fees Paypal charges, so we receive the full amount.

When we receive the above information and deposit, we add you to our litter reservation list at that point. However, if your check has insufficient funds, we will not add you to our list until it clears. The balance is due when the litter you’re on is 5 weeks old, or you can pay cash at pick day about 8 weeks of age. We will remind everyone again about these dates.
Once we have received all of the above you will be notified that you are on the reservation list and the timing, etc
